Do you offer plus-size options?
Yes! We’re proud to offer inclusive sizing across many of our collections, particularly in our Adaptive Bras and Adaptive Clothing Accessories lines. Please check individual product pages for specific size availability.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements. For swimwear and bras, we provide specific fitting instructions. When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with few exceptions. Currently, we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after processing)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after processing)

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, tracking may be limited in some countries.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Swimwear bottoms must have hygiene liner intact for returns.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions and address. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
