At Summer Apparel Store, we want you to love your summer essentials as much as we do. Whether it’s our supportive adaptive bras or breezy capes, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as effortless as slipping into your favorite bikini.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Just like our adaptive clothing line adapts to your needs, we’ve designed this policy to work for you.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Start your return by emailing our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Summer Apparel Store Team, I would like to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: [Product Name] – SKU: [If available] – Size/Color: [If applicable] – Reason for Return: [Please specify] Please advise on next steps. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Information]

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number with your return.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible
  • A copy of your order confirmation
  • All original tags and labels attached

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Need a different size in our balconette bras or color in our bikini sets? Follow the same return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bath & Body products (opened or used)
  • Beauty items (including beauty accessories)
  • Adaptive Bras and other intimate apparel if the hygiene seal is broken

These exceptions follow industry standards, just as we follow strict quality standards in our adaptive clothing line.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (perhaps we sent a beach bag when you ordered a sarong), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
