Shipping Information
Order Processing: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Just like our adaptive clothing line adapts to your needs, we’ve designed this policy to work for you.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item details (name, SKU if available, size/color)
- Reason for return
- Your contact information
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in original packaging if possible, including:
- The RMA number clearly visible
- A copy of your order confirmation
- All original tags and labels attached
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
Need a different size in our balconette bras or color in our bikini sets? Follow the same return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bath & Body products (opened or used)
- Beauty items (including beauty accessories)
- Adaptive Bras and other intimate apparel if the hygiene seal is broken
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or wrong product (like getting a beach bag when you ordered a sarong), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
International Returns
For our global customers:
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
